Fee McToal Millinery accepts Paypal, credit & debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro) for payments. You can contact me to use Paypal even if you haven’t got a Paypal account as there are instructions for using a credit or debit cards.
Shipping For Northern Ireland/UK orders, your item/s will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For delivery. If you need next day delivery, please contact me for a quote. While I do my best to pack the Goods safely and securely, if for any reason there is damage while the Goods are in transit to you, please contact me immediately. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Or, If you live in Northern Ireland, why not contact me to make an appointment to visit my workshop to collect personally.
For customers outside the UK/EU/Rest of World, I use other couriers like Parcelforce Signed For. Prices may vary per order, size of parcel and country. You are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with importing into your own country.
All prices shown are in GBP (£ sterling) and include all taxes applicable within the U.K. While I make every effort to ensure prices are correct, occasional errors or other technical problems may result. In such cases I am not required to honour incorrect prices. Prices are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the price for that item(s) will not change.

Refunds and Exchanges
We can offer a refund if an item is faulty (ie as in completely falling apart!), not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. We do also offer a repair service if any item is found faulty, free of charge. Please contact me on regarding your refund query.
To be eligible for a return, your headpiece must be unworn, not damaged or marked and in the same condition that you had received it in. It must also be in the original packaging if the return postage is dated within 14 days (for UK) and 30 days (Rest of World) of the shipping date. A refund will then be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned headpiece if it meets the above criteria, but in this circumstance the postage cost is non-refundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund to a customer on a commissioned/customised headpiece, hat or fascinator. In the case of a customised headpiece, this is a bespoke order and the headpiece has been specifically created for the individual customer, therefore the headpiece cannot be returned or refundable. We also are unable to offer refunds when the customer knew an item was faulty when they bought it (ie knowing it was marked or damaged and still happy to purchase), damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it, or no longer wants an item at their discretion (eg because they have decided that the item is the wrong size or colour, etc) when purchased
